About. In short.
A small Mac menu-bar app that shows what Activity Monitor shows, without opening it: CPU, memory and pressure, GPU, energy and battery, temperature, and the apps using the most. It reads straight from system APIs, and its interface only updates while the panel is open.
Features. What you get.
- CPU, memory, GPU and battery in one menu-bar icon
- Top apps by usage — quit them after a confirmation
- Featherweight: under 1% CPU
- Every metric, labeled, right in the menu-bar icon
- Temperature and network speed (byte counters only — never content)
- Quit with a confirmation; force-quit needs a second, explicit one
- Honest about its limits: “top apps” covers your apps, and system processes show as one approximate figure
Privacy. What it can access.
No network, no data collection, no admin rights and no Full Disk Access. It asks for notifications only on the first alert; launch at login is optional.
Requirements. What you need to run it.
- System
- macOS 14 or later
Installation. A few simple steps.
- Unzip the file and move the app to your Applications folder.
- Open it once. macOS will say Apple can’t verify it — choose “Done”.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click “Open Anyway”.
